Scott Truslow began their career in 1982 as a National Director of Customer Care at Sprint. In 2000, they became the Director of Customer Care/Operations at American Electric Power/C3 Communications, a wholesale broadband communications provider. In 2002, they became President of Tcom, LLC, an engineering services provider. In 2005, they joined Mentorgen, LLC as COO and Managing Partner, providing executive leadership, business development, operations, enterprise program/project management, software development, and professional services. Finally, in 2015, they joined R.DORSEY+COMPANY as COO/Principal Consultant, providing executive leadership, business development, enterprise project/program management, IT transformation, operations, software, and professional services. Scott has led major corporate IT transformation initiatives, cloud proof of concept and full rollouts, software defined data centers, and COVID rapid response initiatives. Scott has also led major health care infrastructure/facilities, Epic/EMR, and clinical applications programs and projects.

Scott Truslow obtained a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BEEE) from Youngstown State University between 1977 and 1982.
