Grace Dalton is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a proven track record across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Logistics at r.e.m. beauty by Ariana Grande, Grace previously held various positions at Pattern Brands, including Senior Manager of Operations, Logistics & Distribution. Grace also contributed to the operations and planning at Swoveralls and provided client services at Fhitting Room. Additional experience includes a managerial role in operations strategy at Brooklinen and a customer experience position at Warby Parker, where Grace led significant projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and optimizing processes. Grace's early career included an internship in legal and corporate responsibility at Exelis.
