Frank McKearn

Frank McKearn is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as President at R. H. Batterman and Co., Inc. since March 1996, McKearn has cultivated extensive leadership and project management skills. Prior to this role, McKearn worked as a Civil Engineer at Clark Dietz, Inc. from 1994 to 1996, focusing on projects for private sector and municipal clients. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Engineer at McClure Engineering Company from 1990 to 1994, where McKearn specialized in urban reconstruction and residential developments.
