Emil Abdullayev

Emil Abdullayev is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with extensive experience in field surveying, 3D scanning, and remote sensing (RD). Currently serving as the GIS Factory Team Manager at R.I.S.K. Company since March 2007, Emil has previously held positions as a GIS Analyst and GIS Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan from September 2001 to March 2007, where duties included survey and mapping. Emil's educational background includes studies at the General Directorate of Mapping in Ankara, Turkey, from 1999 to 2001.
