Melissa Wisialowski

Melissa Wisialowski is an experienced professional currently serving as a Service Desk Supervisor at RJ Schinner Co., Inc. since July 2023, after transitioning from the role of Service Desk Specialist II. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Modern Hire - a HireVue Company for six years, where responsibilities included Client Support at Tier III and Tier II levels. Melissa's career in technical support began at US Cellular, where duties included providing technical assistance from May 2012 to May 2017. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Cybersecurity at Waukesha County Technical College, Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
