Akhil Dingankar

Akhil Dingankar is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Legal Associate at R K Dewan & Co since April 2023, Akhil specializes in IP prosecution, IP portfolio management with a focus on trademark matters, and providing intellectual property consultancy. Previously, Akhil held positions as a Junior Advocate and Advocate at Ajay Law Associates and worked in IP and contracts at Abrise Legal. With early experiences as a Legal Intern at M Mulla Associates and V.B Tiwari & Co, and as a Legal Trainee with Adv. Sachin Joshi, Akhil has developed a strong foundation in legal research, contract vetting, and due diligence. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Rights from NMIMS and a BBA.LLB (Hons) from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a certification in commercialization of intellectual property rights from FICCI.
