Here, they were responsible for maintaining the production process for plastic parts on injection molding machines, implementing continuous improvement projects, improving scrap management, and creating operator training videos.

Tyler Roe earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management and Operations from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Plastics Engineering Technology from Ferris State University, from 2007 to 2012. Tyler also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Rubber Technology from Ferris State University, from 2007 to 2011. Tyler completed their high school education at Big Rapids High School, earning a Diploma in 2007.
