Erik Garbin

Erik Garbin is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director of Ventures at R-LABS Canada Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Head of Venture Strategy at Highline Beta from February 2023 to October 2024. Erik's extensive background at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) spans from August 2013 to December 2022, where Erik advanced from Consultant to Partner, specializing in Principal Investors & Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Growth Equity. Erik also contributed to BCG Digital Ventures in various capacities, including Venture General Manager and Product Manager. Erik holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies with a focus on Finance and Administration from Western University.
