Caitlin Damon

Caitlin Damon has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2007 with R.M. Davis. Caitlin began as an Administrative Assistant and then progressed to Portfolio Administrator, Senior Portfolio Administrator, and most recently Assistant Vice President. In 2018, they co-founded Damon Distributions with their husband, where they served as Co-Owner and Treasurer. In this role, they collaborated with Peet's Coffee and Tea to establish the corporation, managed bookkeeping and record retention practices, and implemented processes for administrative and financial tasks using QuickBooks.

Caitlin Damon completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on General studies, from Saint Joseph's College. Caitlin then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maine Graduate School.
