Janette Aaltonen

Janette Aaltonen is an experienced professional in engineering and business administration, currently serving as the Lead of Engineering at R&M Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Janette held the position of Interior Design Team Leader at R&M SHIP TECHNOLOGIES FINLAND OY from June 2021 to September 2023. Janette's experience also includes working as a Delivery Coordinator at Etteplan, where contributions were made as an outsourced Architect Coordinator, and previously as a Management Assistant and Marketing Assistant at SDS Aura. Janette's early career includes serving as a Customer Advisor at Huittisten Säästöpankki and an Export Assistant at Sachtleben Pigments Oy. Janette Aaltonen holds a Master of Business Administration degree focused on Leadership and Service Design from Turku University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences.
