Monika Sliwka

Monika Sliwka is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in interior design and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at R&M Group since June 2022, Monika previously held similar roles at S&O Ship Interior and MV WERFTEN, where responsibilities included project coordination and engineering design. Monika's career also includes positions as a Design Engineer at Econ GmbH and a CAD Engineer/Project Coordinator at G+H Marine, focusing on construction drawings and material calculations. Monika started as a CAD Designer at Gehr Interior GmbH, contributing to high-profile yacht projects. Monika holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Cracow University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Renewable Resources and Sources of Energy at AGH University of Krakow.
