Martin Wilson

Martin Wilson has extensive work experience in finance and investment banking. Martin is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at R.M. Williams Pty Ltd since May 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Aesop, including Head of Finance, Supply Chain and IT - Americas from July 2017 to May 2021, and Finance and Logistics Manager - Americas from August 2014 to June 2017. Before joining Aesop, they worked as an Investment Banker at Marlin & Associates from August 2013 to July 2014. Martin also served as a Manager in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory at Deloitte Australia from April 2010 to May 2013 and as an Accountant - Assurance at Ernst & Young from March 2008 to April 2010.

Martin Wilson completed their education in a chronological order. Martin obtained their South Australian Certificate of Education from St Peter's College in 1999-2003. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide in 2004-2007. Following this, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2008-2010. Martin also acquired a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance (GradDipAppFin) in Corporate Finance/Advisory from Kaplan Professional in 2010-2011. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in an unspecified month of 2011.
