Chris Lipman is a seasoned residential real estate broker and respected leader with 15 years of real estate experience and 20 years of management expertise. Currently serving as the Residential Sales Manager at R New York since March 2014, Chris Lipman manages the sales force of one of NYC's fastest-growing brokerages, leveraging a strong understanding of the Manhattan market. Previous roles include Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Charles Rutenberg, LLC, and Director of Sales at Harlem Lofts Inc, among others. With a BFA in photography from The Cooper Union and a long-time resident of Central Park West, Chris Lipman possesses a deep appreciation for architecture and the New York City community. Prior to real estate, Chris Lipman played a pivotal role in operations at C2 Media, contributing to significant company growth.
