Jessica Boswell, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jessica is currently working as the Head of Business Development at Perseus Group, Constellation Software. Prior to this, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at eScribe. Jessica also worked as a Consultant at The Paddle Station. Before transitioning to the software industry, Jessica worked at Manulife as a Territory Sales Coordinator, and at AGF Management Limited as a Regional Sales Coordinator. Jessica also gained experience in property management as a Reception/Administrative Assistant/Leasing Assistant at Harvard Property Management. Early in their career, Jessica worked as a Real Estate Investor at Trans-Terra Investments.

Jessica Boswell has a diverse educational background in the field of finance and business administration. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Petroleum Land Administration through an accelerated program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Following this, from 2017 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Financial Services at SAIT.

In 2018 and 2019, Jessica obtained another certification, the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC), through the Canadian Securities Institute. This certification likely provided their with specialized knowledge in the investment funds industry.

Continuing their educational journey, they enrolled at the Haskayne School of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from 2021 to 2022. This degree allowed their to deepen their understanding of various aspects of finance and its applications in a broader business context.

To further enhance their skillset and knowledge, Jessica pursued additional certifications. In May 2020, they completed a course on Cultivating a Growth Mindset offered by LinkedIn. Another course they completed in May 2020, also through LinkedIn, focused on Design Thinking and understanding the process.

In the year 2023, Jessica Boswell anticipated becoming a Level One Candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation through the CFA Institute. This would demonstrate their commitment to further professional development and their interest in a highly respected credential within the finance industry.
