Thomas Zorbas

Thomas Zorbas has a extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Thomas currently holds the position of Head of Professional Services at R.O. Writer since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PayFacto as the Director of Professional and Technical Services from February 2021 to April 2022. From September 2020 to February 2021, they were the Head of Operations at PandaPay®. Before that, they served as the VP Client Care at Aptos Retail, where they were responsible for managing a global customer care organization and improving the customer experience. Thomas also worked at Epicor Software, where they held various positions including Director Client Care and Senior Manager Client Care. Thomas'sresponsibilities included managing support teams, ensuring resolution targets were met, and planning initiatives to increase productivity. Thomas began their career at NSB Group as a Technical Support Analyst for Point of Sale applications and led several projects within the client care team.
