Roshan Junkeer

Roshan Junkeer serves as the Head of Human Resources at r-pac International since April 2022 and has been the Regional CSR Manager at Esquel Group since November 2014, focusing on responsible business management and enhancing workplace harmony. Previously, Roshan Junkeer held the position of Human Resources Manager at Brandix Apparels Solutions Ltd from February 1996 to November 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor's Degree from the University of Kelaniya, ongoing studies with NEBOSH for a Professional Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, and several HR certifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, including a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kelaniya.
