Nina Yatsenko

Nina Yatsenko (Gerasimova) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of the Operational Efficiency Group at R-Pharm since August 2015. In this role, Nina is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of HR projects aimed at enhancing departmental efficiency, automating HR business processes, and developing analytical HR reporting across 11 locations. Prior to this, Nina worked as an HR Business Partner at Integrated Energy Systems, and held leadership positions in recruitment and adaptation at UralChem and OJSC "SOLLERS," where Nina focused on personnel assessment, budgeting, and process automation. Early career experience includes recruitment consulting at Aldridge Baine Morton, alongside an academic background from MGEI.
