Alexa Clay serves as the Executive Director of RSA US since April 2017, focusing on fostering collaborative action to tackle pressing social challenges. Concurrently, Clay is an author of "The Misfit Economy," exploring the innovative practices of diverse groups operating within alternative economies. As a co-founder and advisor to The League of Intrapreneurs, Clay supports a global community of change agents in business. Previous roles include Senior Research Associate at Meteos, Director and Manager at Ashoka, and Consultant at SustainAbility, with a foundation in research and analysis on sustainability and social entrepreneurship. Clay holds a Master of Science in Economic History from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in History & Development Studies from Brown University.
