Andrea Kershaw

Andrea Kershaw is an RSA Trustee. Andrea is a Director of the House of Creativity consultancy; up until 2018 she worked for 12 years for IDEO working in Organisational and Service Design where she was a partner for five years. Prior to IDEO, she worked at the BBC as Program Manager in its Central Change Team.
