Dr. Jonathan Clarke is a Principal Data Analyst at The Health Foundation since September 2024 and holds multiple academic and advisory positions, including Honorary Senior Research Fellow and Sir Henry Wellcome Postdoctoral Fellow at Imperial College London, where Dr. Jonathan has been active since October 2013. In addition to roles such as Clinical Research Fellow and NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in General Surgery at the same institution, Dr. Clarke serves as a Health Advisor at the Institute for the Future of Work, a Fellow at The RSA, and a Scientific Advisor at Helix Centre. Other contributions include an Affiliate Membership at Ariadne Labs and a recent secondment as a 10 Downing Street Data Science Fellow within the Department of Health and Social Care. Dr. Clarke's academic credentials include a PhD in Health Policy Analysis from Imperial College London, a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and membership in the Royal College of Surgeons of England, alongside a medical degree and a degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
