Mika Sivonen

Mika Sivonen currently serves as Country Manager for Malaysia and Southeast Asia and holds the position of Office & Global HR Manager at RSTEEL® and R-Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, Mika worked as a salesman at Kamux Suomi Oy from May to December 2022 and operated as a project consultant while self-employed from November 2019 to April 2022. Additional experience includes the role of Operations Development Manager at Evensure Management Limited from March 2015 to November 2019, along with various freelance roles from September 2013 to March 2015. Mika's background also features significant positions at G4S, including Area Business Manager and Area Operations Manager, from November 2009 to August 2013, and an earlier role as IT Developer at World Design & Trade Co Ltd.
