Logan Seacrest

Logan Seacrest serves as a Fellow on the Criminal Justice and Civil Liberties Team at the R Street Institute since November 2022. Previously, Logan was a Research Analyst for the Nebraska Legislature from October 2012 to April 2021, where research efforts contributed to significant public policy advancements, earning four National Conference of State Legislatures’ awards for innovation. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Director at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, overseeing national communications and large-scale fundraising events, and roles at the Nebraska Legislature as an Administrative Aide and at The VOICE Newspaper as a Reporter/Photographer/Designer. Logan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Colorado College.
