William G. has a diverse work experience in communications, media relations, and policy advocacy. William currently serves as the Director of Communications for the R Street Institute, a think tank focused on pro-market and limited government policy solutions. Prior to this, they founded and curated a project called "FloorCharts," which archived props and charts used by Congress and the Executive Branch. William also worked as the Communications Director for Issue One, where they crafted strategic communications campaigns and managed media and events for political reform initiatives. William G. has also held roles as a Media Relations Specialist at the Center for Public Integrity and as a Producer and Production Assistant at C-SPAN. William began their career as a Programming Operations Intern at C-SPAN and later served as a General Editor and part-time consultant for Jennifer Donahue. Overall, William G. has a strong background in communications, media, and political reform advocacy.
William G. completed their high school education at McCallie School from 1998 to 2003, where they focused on studying English. William then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Centre College between 2003 and 2007. Following this, William G. attended Harvard University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained an ALM (Master of Liberal Arts) degree from the Extension School in the field of Journalism.
