Srikara Rao

Srikara Rao currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at R Systems, having held the position since September 2024. Prior to this, Srikara was the Sr Vice President and Practice Head at Xoriant from July 2023 to September 2024, and before that, Srikara held a similar role at HTC Global Services, overseeing Cloud and Infrastructure Services from November 2021 to July 2023. Srikara also served as the Sr Vice President of Digital Professional Services at Microland Limited from January 2019 to November 2021, and as Vice President of IMS at Capgemini from January 2011 to January 2019. Earlier in the career, Srikara was the Client Solutions Head at Infosys Technologies Limited from April 2003 to December 2010, and IS Lead at ABB from 1990 to 2003. Srikara holds a BE in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University, obtained in 1997, and completed SSLC at Sri Vidya Mandir, Malleshwaram, in 1987.
