Matthew Breen, P.Eng

Matthew Breen, P.Eng has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Matthew currently works at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited as a Team Lead and Project Manager since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Project Manager at Dillon Consulting Limited from November 2021 to February 2023. From August 2014 to November 2021, they worked as a Project Manager at ADI Systems. Matthew also has experience as a Project Manager at Castle Rock from December 2009 to August 2014. Before that, they worked as an Environmental Engineer at NATECH Environmental Services from May 2009 to December 2009. Matthew's engineering career started at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, where they worked as a Civil Engineer from September 2008 to May 2009.

Matthew Breen, P.Eng completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, a seven-year program which began in 2001 and ended in 2008. In addition to their degree, Matthew obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in November 2022. Matthew had previously obtained their initial Professional Engineer certification from the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists NB (APEGNB) in October 2013.
