Martin Shone

Martin Shone has had a long career in quality management. Martin began as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Carlisle Brake and Friction in 2010. In 2013, they moved to TE Connectivity as a Quality Engineer. In 2015, they transitioned to Tower International as a Supplier Quality Engineer. In 2017, they joined Lakepark Industries of Ohio (Midway Products) as a Quality Manager. Later that year, they moved to Lakepark Industries of Ohio, where they maintained a Quality Management System (QMS) and addressed customer complaints through 8D root cause and corrective action. Currently, they are a Quality Manager at R.W. Beckett Corporation.

Martin Shone obtained their degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Youngstown State University between 1981 and 1986. In 2000, they obtained a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters, and in 2005 they obtained a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
