Mary Heibel has worked in customer service roles since 1987. Mary began their career at LESCO as a Customer Service Representative. In 1990, they joined Invacare Corporation as a Supervisor Customer Service and Business Applications Manager, in which they worked with multiple business applications, tested, documented and trained on enhancements/improvements.
