Mary Heibel has worked in customer service roles since 1987. Mary began their career at LESCO as a Customer Service Representative. In 1990, they joined Invacare Corporation as a Supervisor Customer Service and Business Applications Manager, in which they worked with multiple business applications, tested, documented and trained on enhancements/improvements. In 2018, they moved to Q-Lab Corporation as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they processed quotes/orders for domestic and international customers, analyzed, recommended and implemented features within software system. In 2019, Mary joined Ely Enterprises, Inc as a Sales and Service Specialist, where they supported the sales team with lead tracking, preparing quotes and coordinated installments/shipments with customers and freight companies. In 2020, they moved to Green Circle Growers, Inc., Oberlin, Ohio as a Key Account Specialist II. Currently, Mary is employed at R.W. Beckett Corporation as a Customer Service Manager.
Mary Heibel attended Lorain County Community College from 2003 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree of Business in Business Administration and Management, General.
