Akhila Mangavelli

Akhila Mangavelli currently serves as Associate Director and Program Leader for IT Operations at R1 RCM since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant for Series A Startups, focusing on cross-entity program management for EV bike sales and as Head of Planning in the CEO’s office at GoTo Group, where Akhila implemented OKR setting and fostered cross-functional collaboration. Akhila’s experience at Dunzo included scaling operations, enhancing customer experience through automation, and developing career progression frameworks. Previous positions at Amazon involved managing global program initiatives and seller support, while leadership roles at Uber encompassed community operations across multiple regions. Akhila holds a degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
