Blake Mills

Blake Mills is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR support services. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Support Services at R1 RCM since January 2019, Blake oversees the delivery of HR processes and ensures compliance with policies and legislation. Prior roles at R1 RCM include HR Manager, where Blake co-managed a team of HR professionals, and Senior Human Resources Advisor, focusing on complex HR cases and strategic initiatives.
