Ellen (Paul) Warila is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in both B2B and B2C environments. Currently serving as Director of Client Engagement Marketing at R1 RCM, Ellen is responsible for developing insight-driven strategies and leading the company's inaugural client loyalty program. Prior to this, Ellen held various roles at Hasbro, including Global Lead for Nerf Direct-to-Consumer and Director of US Marketing for Transformers, where leadership and successful brand growth were key focuses. Ellen's earlier career included significant roles at Unilever and Edgewell Personal Care, demonstrating a strong competency in product innovation and brand positioning.
