Jennifer Kramer

Jennifer Kramer has extensive experience in operations and commercial planning within the healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Planning and Vice President of Operations at R1 RCM since December 2016, where responsibilities include acute billing and cash posting operations. Prior to this, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Accretive Health from June 2009 to November 2016, culminating in the position of Vice President of India Operations. Jennifer's early career includes co-founding and presiding over The Ann Arbor Babysitting Company in 2008-2009. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Michigan (2005-2009) and a study program at Saint Louis University in Madrid in 2008.
