Lisa Hudak

Lisa Hudak is currently the SVP, Employee Services at R1 RCM. Previously, Lisa held various HR leadership roles at Aon, including Vice President of HR Global Shared Services and Sr. Director for Global HR Operations and Services. With over two decades of experience in HR, Lisa has expertise in managing global HR teams, implementing HR solutions for technology integration, and transforming HR generalist support models. Lisa has also served in progressive HR roles at Hewitt and has experience as an Employment Manager at DSM Desotech and a Service Manager at Talent Tree. Lisa holds a BS in Communications from Illinois State University.
