Megan Brady

Megan Brady, MSHR, currently serves as Human Resources Director at R1 RCM since October 2024. Previously, Megan held the position of Global Head of HR at Kincentric from August 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing HR and People outcomes for over 500 employees in more than 20 countries. Earlier roles include HR Director at Medline Industries, HR Director at JLL where Megan contributed to talent performance and development, and several HR positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Tate & Lyle. Megan holds a degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, with educational backgrounds at DePaul University and the University of Iowa.
