Nathalie Yatco

Nathalie Yatco currently serves as Vice President of Operations at R1 RCM since September 2022. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Partner Consultant at ProHance from June 2019 to December 2023 and was Vice President of Operations at Shearwater Health from October 2020 to September 2022. Nathalie's extensive background includes roles such as AVP APAC Business Development and Global Head of Service Delivery at Sutherland Global Services from November 2012 to March 2019, and Head of Operations and Workforce Management at [24]7 India from November 2011 to September 2012. Earlier career experiences include significant positions at TeleTech, Sykes, and Infocom Technologies, culminating in a comprehensive skill set in operations and business development. Nathalie Yatco earned an MA in Sociology and a BA in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines.
