Nicole Valek

Nicole Valek has extensive experience in customer onboarding and patient access within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Onboarding and Integration at R1 RCM since November 2018, Nicole has held multiple roles within the company, including Director and Senior Manager focused on strategic initiatives. Prior to R1 RCM, Nicole worked at Presence Health from November 2015 to September 2021 as a Patient Access Manager and Supervisor, overseeing various aspects of emergency, ambulatory, and bed control operations. Nicole's educational background includes studies at the College of DuPage from 2005 to 2007.
