Roman Annenkov is an experienced customer support engineer currently working at CinemaNext since October 2018, specializing in international customer support and network operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with expertise in projectors, servers, and theatre management systems. Prior to this role, Roman was a digital cinema engineer at Ymagis Group / dcinex from February 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included cinema equipment installation, maintenance, and regional support. Roman’s technical background also includes roles as a sound and lighting technician at various venues, as well as experience as a DJ resident. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Volgograd State University and has studied at Université Lumière Lyon 2.
