Gilles Hebert, an ITIL-certified professional, currently serves as Director of Professional Services at R2i since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Support CSI at Lassonde from July 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities encompassed incident management, IT audits coordination, and ITSM tool management. Achievements at Lassonde include the optimization of ITIL processes and the establishment of operational dashboards. Gilles has also held various leadership positions focusing on IT support and infrastructure at companies such as SAQ, Yellow Pages Group, Aptalis, Rona inc., and served in the Canadian Armed Forces. Education includes an AEC in Computer & Electronics from Collège Formatronique and military training as a CIC Officer.
