Additionally, Christopher has a strong background in help desk support, having worked at the National Institutes of Health and Best Buy as a Service Desk Support Technician and Senior Geek Squad member, respectively. Christopher possesses advanced skills in troubleshooting and configuration across various platforms, including firewalls, Windows servers, and VOIP systems, and has a history of providing exceptional remote support and customer service. Education includes attendance at Towson University and ongoing studies at the University of Maryland College Park.
