Kimberley Strating

Kimberley Strating has extensive experience in proposal management and development, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Proposal Coordinator at R3 Consulting Group, Inc. since October 2019, Kimberley previously held positions such as Proposal Manager at Mark Thomas (A/E) and Atkinson Construction, where responsibilities included managing large Design-Build procurements and coordinating team efforts.
