Teresa Y Hodge has held multiple positions in various organizations since 2004. Teresa Y began their career as V.P. Operations at Ten & 10, LLC in 2004. In 2011, they founded Pearls In Prison. In 2017, they founded Human Centered Decision Labs, LLC, a minority, woman-owned, boutique firm creating tech enabled solutions to tackle criminal justice reform. In 2018, they became the CEO and Founder of R3 Score Technologies, Inc., a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business solution tailored for the 1-in-3 Americans living with a criminal history. In 2020, they became the Group President of R3 Score Technologies Holding, Inc. and in 2012, they became President and Director of Innovation & Strategy | Co-Founder of Mission: Launch, Inc., a company that transforms the lives of women and men returning home from prison and/or jails in America.

Teresa Y Hodge attended The University of the South from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a degree in Education for Ministry in the field of Theology. Additionally, they obtained a certification from The 2018 ASU + GSV Summit in April 2018 and is a certified Life Coach.
