Ken Martin

Ken Martin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in resource management and strategic operations, currently serving as an Associate at R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc. since June 2013. Prior to this role, Ken held various leadership positions at the Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving, emphasizing operational readiness and fiscal oversight, including the management of a $35 million budget and coordination of training programs. Ken’s previous experience also includes key roles at EOD Mobile Unit Eleven and USS Black Hawk MHC 58, where logistical and training excellence was demonstrated. An alumnus of the Naval Postgraduate School and the University of Washington, Ken holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Defense Analysis and Psychology, respectively.
