Erika Pretorius

Erika Pretorius is the current Head of Business Services at R3. Erika has extensive experience in managing offices and events, as well as providing support to CEOs and other senior executives. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Operations & Marketing at ICAP Training Solutions in South Africa. There, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, as well as marketing and sales. Erika has also worked as a group office manager and executive assistant to the CEO of R3CEV, a global financial technology company. In this role, they managed correspondence with senior executives at banks around the world, coordinated travel and events, and oversaw the company's expense policy. Erika also created and maintained the company's website.

Erika Pretorius reports to Cathy Minter, Chief Revenue Officer. Erika Pretorius works with Keiji Sakai - Head of Brazil, Sara Hale - Head of Marketing, and Adam Furgal - Head of Delivery Services.
