Sylwia Blonska

Sylwia Blonska is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as People Experience Lead for the EMEA & US regions at R3 since November 2023, Sylwia has previously held significant positions, including Principal People Partner at Sabre Corporation, HR Manager (UK & US) at Vibrant Media, and HR Operations Manager at The Challenge. Sylwia's career also includes roles as HR Manager at HealthVision UK Ltd and Laureate International Universities, HR Business Partner for Bank BPH/GE Capital, and Resourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions. Beginning as a Recruitment Coordinator at Thomson Reuters, Sylwia has developed a strong background in HR management and strategy, supported by a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Gdansk.
