Zsolt Balogh

Zsolt Balogh has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. From 2020 to the present, they have been the Head of Operations at R34DY, where they manage the corporate project portfolio and ensures the development of core banking-related delivery capabilities. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, they served as the Head of Delivery at ST34DY Ltd.

Before joining R34DY and ST34DY Ltd, Zsolt worked at Groupama Biztosító Zrt. from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they held the position of Head of IT Demand Management Department, where they managed the corporate IT demand portfolio and oversaw the development and operation of IT demand management processes. Zsolt also served as the Head of System Analyst Department, where they were responsible for quality assurance and resource management of the business analyst pool.

Zsolt also gained experience at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where they held multiple roles. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Project Manager, ensuring sponsor satisfaction and leading project teams. From 2010 to 2016, they served as a Demand Manager and Business Consultant, bridging the gap between business and IT and leading small IT implementation projects. Zsolt also worked as a Product Manager, overseeing product profitability, and as a Business Controller, supporting business-related reporting and sales network incentive programs. From 2004 to 2006, they held the position of Head of Quality Unit, leading a reporting team and implementing Six Sigma methods for process development projects.

Zsolt Balogh obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General and Economic policy from Corvinus University of Budapest. Zsolt completed their studies at the university from 2002 to 2008.
