Zayra Yaneli Gomez

Zayra Yaneli Gomez, MPA, is an accomplished asset manager currently employed at R4 Capital LLC since November 2024. Previously, Zayra held significant roles at GrantWorks, Inc. from June 2021 to October 2024, including Disaster Recovery Grant Manager and Disaster Recovery Grant Coordinator, where responsibilities involved project implementation, budget management, and reporting. Zayra also has a background as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Disability Resources at Texas A&M University, a Health System Front Desk Receptionist at CapRock Health, a Graduate Student Intern at the ACLU, a Special Projects Intern at the Brazos Interfaith Immigration Network, and has experience as a Research Assistant and Certified Paralegal. Zayra earned a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University, complemented by minors in Psychology and Latin Mexican-American Studies.
