Laura Preston

Laura Preston has extensive experience in administrative support and education, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at RA Capital Management, L.P. since March 2020, after a tenure as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Laura worked at WinterWyman from September 2016 to March 2020 as a Senior Account Coordinator and Client Support Associate, focusing on staffing in the Accounting, Finance, HR, and Administrative sectors. Laura's earlier roles include an Infant Teacher at Arlington Heights Nursery School, where responsibilities encompassed classroom management and developmental support, and an internship at Easter Seals Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Laura began a career in education as a Teacher's Aide and Teacher at Kids-A-Lot Country Day School. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Delaware.
