Adam Richards has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Adam started their career as a Co-Publisher/Managing Editor at KB Comix in 1997, where they played a crucial role in the formation of the small business and developed mission statements, business plans, marketing strategies, and budgets. Adam then worked as an Inventory Control Assistant at Universal Computer Systems from 1999 to 2000, where they monitored parts and equipment levels, managed inventory control, and prepared equipment for shipment.

In 2000, Adam worked as a Temporary Associate at Kelly Services before transitioning to a Temporary Associate role at Office Team in the same year.

From 2001 to 2010, Adam worked at Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc as a Marketing Database Supervisor. In this role, they supervised the reception, entry, processing, and distribution of marketing leads and maintained a large legacy and Oracle database system. Additionally, they worked closely with Marketing Managers to segment data and build files for direct marketing campaigns.

After leaving Equity Lifestyle Properties, Adam joined UNICOM Engineering (formerly NEI) in 2012 as a Demand Creation Analyst. In this role, they supervised the collection of new sales leads, created and maintained sales and marketing data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and performed lead enrichment efforts using InsideView to improve lead intelligence for the sales team. Adam held this position until 2016.

Most recently, Adam has been working at Aspira since 2017 as a Team Lead for Client Application Support.

Adam Richards attended Texas A&M University from 1990 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology. Additionally, during their time at Texas A&M University, College, they also obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Rangeland Ecology with a focus on Wildlife Ecology.
