Eric McNeil

Eric McNeil began their work experience in 1998 as a Supervisor at MCI, where they mentored, coached, and trained 24 team members. Eric also oversaw the development and launch of a long-distance product. During this time, they increased productivity by 40% while reducing headcount by 10%. In 2002, they became a Sales Manager at Circuit City, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Regional Manager at Aaron Rents, Inc., providing product and leadership support to representatives and clients and resolving customer questions, issues, and complaints. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Sprint as a Trainer, where they achieved an 8% decrease in new hire attrition through the creation of a trending tracker and a 93% quality average in new hire calls through the implementation of a review process. Finally, in 2018, they joined Aspira as a Human Resources Trainer.

Eric McNeil earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from Devry University between 2005 and 2007. Eric then pursued further education and completed a Masters in Communication and Network Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Keller School of Management from 2008 to 2010.
