Shantanu Bandhi

Shantanu Bandhi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shantanu started their career at Standard & Poor's as a Quality/Criteria Intern in 2011. Shantanu then worked as a Training and Development Intern at EF Foundation for Foreign Study in 2012. In the same year, they also took on the role of Resident Assistant at Northeastern University, where they worked until 2013.

In 2014, Shantanu interned as a Derivative Regulatory Operations Intern at GE Capital. The following year, they joined GE Healthcare as a FMP Co-op Tax.

Shantanu then participated in the Financial Management Program (FMP) at GE Healthcare from 2016 to 2018. This two-year leadership development program provided him with extensive training and exposure to various finance roles. As part of the program, they worked as an FMP from 2016 to 2018 and also served as the FMP Intern Coordinator in 2021. During their time in the FMP, they gained expertise in finance, accounting, and business skills through coursework, job assignments, and seminars.

After completing the FMP, Shantanu took on the role of Accounting Transformation Lead at GE Healthcare from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they developed and implemented digital solutions to automate accounting activities. Shantanu also partnered closely with local finance teams to transition accounting operations to a 3rd-party contractor hub in Bangalore, India. Additionally, they managed a team of 3 contractors in Bangalore, India, overseeing activities such as reserve calculations, monthly and quarterly closing, and audit defense for various accounts.

Following their tenure at GE Healthcare, Shantanu joined Encore in 2022 as a Venue Operations Finance Manager, where they were responsible for financial operations related to venues. Currently, they are serving as the Director of FP&A at Aspira, starting in 2023.

Shantanu Bandhi completed their secondary education at Piscataway High School from 2006 to 2010. Shantanu then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at Northeastern University from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, in 2013-2014, they attended Dublin City University to further specialize in European Business. In August 2020, they obtained a certification as an Alteryx Designer Core Certified from Alteryx.
