Tonia Zeeman is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in senior management roles within the aged care and clinical services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at RAAFA WA since July 2016, Tonia has been instrumental in driving operational excellence. Prior to this, Tonia held various leadership positions at Brightwater Care Group from November 2000 to June 2016, including General Manager of Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed brand management, strategic planning, and performance reporting. Tonia also led the Services for Older People & Service Development division, navigating significant government policy changes and delivering innovative service expansions. Additionally, Tonia's expertise includes clinical governance and performance as General Manager of Clinical Services & Development, and effectively managing change and operations as Regional Manager Care Operations South. Earlier in Tonia's career, a senior management role as Clinical Services Coordinator at Hollywood Private Hospital involved the design and commissioning of The Hollywood Clinic.

Established in 1929 by former members of the Australian Flying Corps (AFC), today RAAFA is a dynamic organisation providing support services to everyone, including veterans and their families. RAAFA also operates the Aviation Heritage Museum.
